It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto. It may also grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor or guarantee any commitment made by its shareholders or third parties.
