The company may establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell properties, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company operates on the principle of non-profitability. The funds generated serve the company's purpose, unless the statutes provide otherwise.
