The foundation pursues its non-profit purpose primarily in Switzerland. It supports substantial donations to institutions and individuals who are active in the corresponding fields. The foundation promotes entrepreneurship, cultural, creative, scientific, educational and social institutions and activities. It commits to future generations, but at the same time supports tradition, history, culture, architecture, spaces and origins. The foundation board is free to allocate the funds. There is no obligation to pursue all mentioned goals or to support the pursued goals equally. The principle of sustainability must be taken into account when using the funds. The foundation does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes. It is politically and denominationally neutral. A change of purpose at the request of the founder or by his/her disposition upon death is reserved. The changed purpose must be public or non-profit.
