The company aims to acquire and manage participations in industrial and commercial enterprises in order to preserve the Reichle & De-Massari group of companies as an independent family business in the hands of family members actively involved in the management of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, set up subsidiaries, participate in companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the purpose of the company, in particular to grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these companies.
