In Switzerland and abroad, it may establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
