The foundation exclusively pursues non-profit and religious purposes, particularly supporting organizations and institutions that assist the sick and disabled as well as financially needy individuals, and organizations and institutions closely affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. The pursuit of these purposes primarily takes place in Switzerland, with a focus on Northwestern Switzerland. In justified exceptional cases, the pursuit of these purposes may also occur abroad.
