The company may engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in particular in the field of patents, licenses, trademarks or intellectual property rights. It may participate financially or in any other way in all companies or corporations pursuing a similar or related purpose to the company's main purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, movable or immovable transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
