The company's purpose is to provide energy and building physics consulting services, as well as all activities in the real estate sector, particularly those related to the study, planning, promotion, management, and realization of constructions of all kinds, the provision of all services in this field, namely consulting and expertise, as well as the acquisition, holding, management, financing, and alienation of real estate (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and intellectual property rights. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, - act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
