The company's purpose is to promote international investment funds, in particular hedge funds, and to acquire participations, in any form, in all commercial, industrial or financial companies, excluding participations in non-listed companies with a real estate purpose. The company also aims to trade in goods of all kinds, including raw materials and oil, introduce new mandates to third parties in the financial sector, provide financial advisory services to third parties active in the financial sector, and provide consulting, management and promotion services in the fields of real estate (excluding any acquisition of properties by the company, within the meaning of Art. 4 LFAIE, with the exception of properties with an exclusively commercial or industrial use), commerce and finance in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations directly or indirectly related to its main object.
