The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, relating directly or indirectly to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary titles or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
