To provide healthy and moderately priced apartments to elderly people of both sexes who have reached the age limits required to benefit from the Old-Age and Survivors' Insurance (AVS), except in exceptional cases that will be examined by the Board of Directors. To this end, the company may purchase or rent existing properties, as well as build new buildings on land that has become its property through purchase or donation, or on land subject to a right of superficies. The company may collaborate with institutions with similar purposes to its own.
