The company's purpose is: the exercise of all activities in the field of real estate, in particular the purchase, sale, resale, holding, development, construction, renovation, elaboration of construction work, promotion, rental, management and enhancement of real estate and land, whether for residential, commercial, industrial or mixed use. The company may also create, design, manufacture and market various articles and objects, in particular furniture, ceramics, decorative pieces and works of art. Furthermore, in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches or subsidiaries, take participations in and more generally participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, it being specified that any acquisition of real estate in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; and provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
