The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property in Switzerland and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account and provide guarantees and sureties for related parties. The company may change its purpose at any time by a resolution of the General Meeting, which must represent at least two-thirds of the votes cast and the absolute majority of the par value of the shares represented, subject to a corresponding amendment of the articles of association.
