The commercialization of various real estate, hotel, leisure and sports projects, as well as the administration of personnel and finances of the projects in question, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches, participate in other companies with identical or similar purposes, acquire or finance such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. It may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders or affiliated companies and/or guarantee, secure or assume loans or lines of credit granted by third parties to its shareholders or affiliated companies.
