The company's purposes are: a) the operation of private or public establishments, such as hotels, cafes, restaurants, bars, dance halls, and other similar establishments, in any form; b) the preparation, delivery, and service of meals, whether on order or not, as well as the organization and coordination of events; c) assistance and consulting in the hotel and restaurant industry; d) the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation, and marketing of all products, manufactured or not, intended for the hotel, restaurant, and personal consumption industries; e) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; f) the acquisition of interests in Swiss or foreign companies with similar or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
