The company may acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided that such activity falls within the limited scope of representation of Revolut Bank UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania, or Revolut Securities UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania, and does not require further authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. The company is part of the Revolut Group. It may act in the interest of the Revolut Group or in the interest of individual companies of the Revolut Group. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate.
