The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the acquisition and administration of shareholdings, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, and the provision of advice in the fields of accounting and finance, management and organization of companies, both to third parties and to parent companies, or their subsidiaries and branches, which may receive fees.
