The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration and management of direct or indirect participations in all types of companies in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the field of sheet metal work, roofing and roof maintenance, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may: participate in all enterprises and carry out all mobile, immovable, financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
