The acquisition, holding, administration, management, sale, in Switzerland and abroad, of all participations in all companies, excluding those holding real estate assets for residential purposes in Switzerland, in the sense of a holding company, as well as all financing, management and sales activities related to the holding, management and exploitation of intellectual property rights and inventory of the group. The company may open subsidiaries, representative offices or branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of a third party, all commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its shareholders or direct or indirect partners and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and, for its own commitments as well as for those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders or partners of the Company or companies in which these shareholders or partners hold a direct or indirect participation), issue securities of any kind, including through pledges, fiduciary transfers or fiduciary assignments on the Company's assets, issue guarantees, provide guarantees or otherwise guarantee or secure the Company's or these other companies' obligations, with or without remuneration. Furthermore, it may operate or associate with the aforementioned companies in cash pooling/centralization of net liquidity, including periodic balance adjustments, and this also without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the Company's profit motive and incurring a concentration of risks.
