The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell real estate, securities, patents, and other intellectual property rights (with the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland limited to business premises in the sense of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad), and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
