The company's purpose is the operation of a notary's office and a law firm, as well as the provision of all other legal services in all areas of law, in Switzerland and abroad. It may handle all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans taken out by its partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to guarantee any claim. The company may carry out any commercial, financial or real estate activity, any investment or other directly or indirectly related to its purpose or which is likely to achieve it, in compliance, inter alia, with the Valais law on notaries. It may create branches provided that this is in accordance with the law on notaries.
