To award study grants from the foundation's income to students of German descent from Austria, South Tyrol and Germany at the University of Innsbruck, enabling them to study history or German studies. By granting scholarships, no political actions in favor of Germanness outside of Austria, or the pursuit of political goals in general, may be promoted either directly or indirectly.
