Ricola Wohlfahrtsstiftung

The foundation aims to provide voluntary support and contributions as supplements to the services of other welfare institutions to the employees of the founding company Ricola AG and to companies economically or financially closely related to it, domiciled in Switzerland, namely Ricola Vertriebs AG, Ricola Management AG and possibly others, as follows: a) in the event of illness, accident, disability or unemployment of the employee themselves; b) in the event of illness, accident or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or another person for whom they provide maintenance; c) in the event of other emergencies or need for support. d) The foundation may also finance and provide contributions from the founding company to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that it has joined or established itself.
