The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, rental and management of hotels, restaurants, bars and any other type of public establishments; the organization of events and other manifestations. The company is also authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as to participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without undergoing the LAFE approval procedure) provided that the real estate is intended for the exercise of an economic activity pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire interests and participations in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as engage in all commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
