The company may take participations in similar companies, ensure or participate in all services in the medical and paramedical fields. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and the direct or indirect subsidiaries of such shareholders, including without restriction, within the framework of liquidity management activities within the group, and constitute securities of any kind in favor of these parties, including through pledges or transfers of the Company's assets on a fiduciary basis or through guarantees of any nature. This may be done on a paid or unpaid basis, and also on privileged terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive and assuming significant risks. It may engage in all commercial, industrial and financial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose.
