The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale and rental of real estate; the construction, transformation and development of real estate; the management and realization of real estate promotions; brokerage, consulting and all mobile, real estate and financial activities both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any operations subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all economic, industrial, financial, mobile and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it is in its interest.
