The loans it grants may be granted with or without interest, depending on the circumstances determined by the company based on the objectives it wishes to achieve; the acquisition and long-term holding of real estate or shares of real estate companies in order to receive income from them; the management of its treasury by acquiring all securities, titles and products on the financial markets (for complete purpose see articles of association).
