The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in other Swiss and/or foreign companies, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the management, coordination and financing of its subsidiaries.
