The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad (for companies owning properties located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use). The company may also conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that directly or indirectly serve the purpose of the company or are directly related thereto.
