The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to hold religious services that serve the exercise of pastoral care and to enable or facilitate the fulfillment of the church-religious duties of the Roman Catholic residents and visitors of this area, namely by: a) Taking over the ownership and management of the property currently belonging to the founders in the municipality of Sarnen, Schwendi-Kaltbad, parcel no. 3524, GB Sarnen; b) Procuring additional funds and managing them. The foundation must ensure that, if possible, religious services take place during the alpine season. The obligation to hold services on six Sundays and public holidays according to the act of January 12, 1988, should be observed as far as possible.
