Römisch-katholische Kaplaneipfrundstiftung Freienbach

The purpose of the Pfrundstiftung is to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the ecclesiastically defined parish of Freienbach and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making church properties available and facilitating them through the corresponding income. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the church assets made available, as far as possible within the framework of ordinary administration. In particular, the foundation makes its assets and income available to the holder of the relevant church office, which is connected to the foundation, as a benefice. This applies to both personnel and material needs. In the absence of the church office of chaplain, the benefice of the Kaplaneipfrundstiftung can also be used for other holders of a church office active in the parish. The financing of the material needs of the relevant church office is secured by the patronal obligation of the members of the parish.
