The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the canonically defined parish of Ingenbohl-Brunnen and to facilitate the fulfillment of the church-religious duties of the Roman Catholic inhabitants of this parish area by making available additional church properties and by facilitating the corresponding yields. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the church assets made available, as far as possible within the framework of ordinary administration. In particular, the Pfarrhelferpfrundstiftung, as a benefice, makes its assets and their yield available to the holder of the church office associated with the foundation. This applies to both personnel and material needs. Specifically, the Pfarrhelferpfrundstiftung contributes to the remuneration of the clergy appointed to the church office or the parish administrator appointed by the diocesan bishop during their term of office, within the framework of ordinary administration and to the extent of its financial capabilities. The financing of the material needs of the church office is secured by the patronal obligation of the members of the parish. Otherwise, the purpose and ordinary or extraordinary administration of the Pfarrhelferpfrundstiftung are determined by canonical law.
