The company is part of the Roland Berger Group. It may act in the interest of the Roland Berger Group or in the interest of individual companies of the Roland Berger Group. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries (directly or indirectly). The company may provide guarantees, securities and other obligations of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including through fiduciary transfers or assignments of and pledges on the company's assets. The company may also operate or participate in cash pooling (of any kind). Any transaction mentioned in this paragraph may be carried out independently of any clumping risks and with or without consideration. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate.
