The association offers social, cultural, and religious services to people living in or staying in Switzerland, particularly those of Islamic faith and with a migration background. It is active in the areas of youth promotion, culture, education, upbringing, and integration. The association places particular emphasis on youth work and youth social work for migrants. The association aims for a trusting cooperation with all Islamic organizations existing in Switzerland, unless their purposes and activities are contrary to the legal order applicable in Switzerland. In addition, the association cultivates dialogue with all religious communities, organizations, and authorities existing in Switzerland. The association is politically neutral. It exclusively and directly pursues non-profit purposes and no commercial purposes and does not aim for profit.
