The association can establish branches and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad and participate in other companies in Germany and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or is suitable for promoting it. The association can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate in Germany and abroad.
