The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if it serves its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, acquire stakes in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate, and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
