The cooperative aims, without any speculative intent, to provide its members with affordable residential, office and commercial spaces through joint self-help, both by renting from third-party owners and by building and acquiring residential buildings or apartments/offices/commercial spaces. In particular, it seeks to promote the rental of affordable residential, office and commercial spaces, as well as the affordable construction of residential, office and commercial spaces, in accordance with federal housing promotion policies and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations. The cooperative may rent, acquire or sell plots of land or properties, build, acquire, manage or rent houses, and also sell plots of land or parts thereof. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses, before anyone else.
