Implementation of the Rotary objective in the sense of service to others (community service and youth service), particularly through assistance to people and organizations in need or distress, both domestically and internationally; assistance to elderly, needy and sick people; education and promotion of local youth through the provision of scholarships or grants; promotion of international apprentice, student and pupil exchange, which serves to improve understanding among nations; promotion of projects serving the general public in the areas of environment and culture.
