The foundation aims to promote the Rotary goal of service in daily life, for example through assistance to people in need, non-profit organizations and institutions at home and abroad, or aid in disaster situations; education and promotion of young people through the provision of scholarships or grants; promotion of international apprentices, students and students exchange, which serves to improve understanding among peoples. No benefits may be provided from the foundation's assets and income that serve to cover the administrative costs of the club or social or other purposes that are not related to the aforementioned goals.
