The company's purposes are: a) the operation of a business in the field of electrical installations, fiber optics, electrotechnology, and telecommunications; b) all activities related to fiber optics and electrical installations in general; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, representation, for its own account or for third parties, and the general marketing of any goods and any manufactured or semi-finished products related to the fields of electricity, fiber optics, electrotechnology, communications, and lighting, as well as the installation of any equipment directly or indirectly related to these fields; d) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined in article 1, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by partners or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or the pledging of mortgage certificates or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
