The company's purpose is the administrative management of medical practices or others, provision of consulting and teaching services to any public or private organizations. The company may conclude any contract having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It is entitled to participate in other companies, acquire and sell other companies, establish branches and create subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It is entitled to acquire, manage and sell securities, intangible rights as well as real estate (except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) and conclude transactions having a direct or indirect connection with the medical field. The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are likely to develop its activities or relate directly or indirectly thereto, receive income in the form of interest, commissions and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar companies, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may perform these operations for its own account as well as for the account of third parties. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its associates and managers.
