The company's purposes are: a) the operation of a metal construction, locksmithing, and metal carpentry business, as well as the provision of technical studies in the field of construction in general; b) all activities in the field of construction and renovation - including as a general contractor - in particular the study, planning, execution, and promotion of all real estate projects, as well as the execution of all work; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, representation, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, and marketing in general of all goods and manufactured or semi-finished products related to the fields of metal construction, locksmithing, metal carpentry, and construction in general; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
