to provide services to players in the real estate economy, mainly advisory services, support for digital evolution and organization of events (in-person or online); to develop and maintain a digital knowledge-sharing platform on the real estate ecosystem, its challenges and developments, and in particular on the transformation of players and the emergence of new entrants, on the evolution of business models, the arrival and integration of digital solutions (PropTech and IT solutions). The Company may: either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, with regard to real estate transactions in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; acquire direct or indirect participations in all companies or enterprises, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), with regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
