The company's purpose is to provide all services and activities in the field of managing a single family's assets (single family office) and to carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, real estate or economic operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and any activity subject to authorization under financial market legislation, in particular under the Federal Act on Financial Institutions. It may acquire and manage participations in any other company, in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant guarantees and securities for group companies and third parties, and grant loans to group companies and third parties. The company may establish subsidiaries, branches and representative offices in Switzerland and abroad.
