The company's purpose is: the acquisition, sale and administration of shareholdings as well as the management and financing of companies of any kind, in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of shareholdings in real estate companies subject to authorization under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking shareholdings in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
