The non-profit foundation supports the Oratorio Choir of Baselland. Should the Oratorio Choir of Baselland dissolve or cease to perform concerts, or should a significant number of its members leave or join another choir, the foundation will support other choirs in the Basel region that perform oratorios or other choral works. If, at a later time, the Oratorio Choir of Baselland resumes performing concerts or a new Oratorio Choir of Baselland is founded, the foundation's services will again be dedicated to the Oratorio Choir of Baselland or the newly founded choir. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
