The company may also create, acquire, operate, and manage brands, concepts, licenses, and investments. It may participate in all mobile, real estate, financial, or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take stakes, found or finance companies with a direct or indirect relationship to its purpose, excluding any operations subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE.
