The company may rent, lease, and sublease suitable spaces for its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as open its own representative offices or branches outside of Swiss territory, in compliance with applicable regulations and in accordance with national and international customs regulations. The company may carry out transportation of any kind using its own vehicles or by renting third-party carriers, as well as perform maintenance on its own vehicles through specialized personnel. The company may delegate the sale of its logistics and transportation services to one or more commercial agents, paying their respective fees, as well as act as an intermediary between clients and suppliers for the costs of rentals, forwarding, and storage in general. The company is authorized to carry out all commercial and financial activities aimed at achieving and implementing its objectives, as better expressed in its purpose. Finally, the company may engage in shipping and customs operations.
