The company's main purpose is to subscribe, acquire, sell and manage all participations in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
