It also carries out activities related to the development, management or operation of logistics networks and service platforms, as well as consulting, subcontracting and technological or innovative solutions in these fields. It may carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose in Switzerland and abroad. To this end, the company may carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial operations in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its social purpose in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
